Description:

The ball fiber cushion filling machine can be controlled by PLC system which is handled by only 2 operators.

The whole line is assembled with ball fiber producing unit, fiber transporter, fiber mixer and one piece of mini pillow blower.

The application material is conjugate hollow siliconized polyester fiber that 7D /15D and 64mm /51mm length is the best material choice.

The ball fiber size can be adjusted by the producing time that already setup in the control screen that the bigger ball fiber size, the shorter producing time, in opposite that the smaller ball fiber, the longer producing time.

The different material feature usually affects the ball fiber quality.

All machine key parts are adopted by the most famous world brand such like Siemens and Omron.

The machine line is working without noise because of the well dynamic balance is process to the rollers.
