Description:

The whole set is assembled with a ball fiber machine and ball fiber transporter which will deliver the finished ball fiber to the next program automatically after the time adjusted

It is mainly used for textile stuffing productions, such as pillows, cushions and quilting, plush toys, etc.

The suitable material conjugate hollow siliconized polyester fiber that shorter than 100mm length

According to the ball fiber size and different production required, the producing time can be adjusted easily, and the finished ball fiber will be delivered automatically after the adjusted time

There is PVC automatic feeding conveyer assembled to the machine, so that the labor safety is assured

Good dynamical balance processing, so that there is not shaking and lower noise while the machine is running

The whole set can be handled by only one operator.
